All the pieces that you find on this site are wheel-thrown. They are high-fire and mid-fire stoneware, as well as low-fire earthenware. I use commercially prepared glazes, which are applied by hand. Most of the decorative glaze results are achieved through a process of multi-layering and hand detailing.
Since they are all original pieces, exact items shown on the website may not be available for purchase at the time of inquiry. The item depicted may have already been purchased, and ones currently pictured may only be representative of other pieces being created.

My studio is located in Mena, nestled in the beautiful Ouachita Mountains of western Arkansas. A local tourist attraction is Queen Wilhelmina Lodge atop Rich Mountain. If you're ever in the area, I would love to invite you to visit my showroom.

Hi, Jo Anne, I'm so sorry that I haven't seen your comment until now. We have recently had a death in the family, and I haven't checked my blog in awhile. I do have several of the Fruit of the Spirit bowls that are shown on the May 17th entry. Is there one you particularly like?I know that I have several in the brown/vivid blue glaze.
